Smt. Chelikani Sandhya is a seasoned Indian business professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in corporate leadership, governance, and multi-sector business participation. With a strong understanding of stakeholder management and long-term value creation, she holds strategic ownership stakes and serves in key decision-making roles across a diverse portfolio of enterprises.
Her business interests span pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, hospitality, healthcare services, fuel distribution, and allied sectors, complemented by engagement in agriculture-related activities. Smt. Sandhya plays an active role as a partner or principal stakeholder in ventures including Curewell Agencies, MAM Fida Ali & Sons, Medicare, and Fortune Hospitality & Infra LLP, as well as local enterprises involved in retail and fuel distribution operations in Hyderabad.
Her extensive directorship and partnership portfolio reflects long-standing corporate experience, strong governance orientation, and a commitment to sustainable business growth. Through her leadership, she continues to contribute to the stability, diversification, and strategic direction of the Group’s enterprises.
Sri Chelikani Harsha
Sri Chelikani Harsha is a dynamic business leader with strong expertise across energy retailing and real estate development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from SSN College of Engineering, affiliated with Anna University. Bringing a technology-driven and systems-oriented mindset to business, he combines operational discipline with strategic execution.
Since 2011, Sri Chelikani Harsha has been actively involved in the family business of petroleum retailing and is the Dealer of Cyberabad Filling Station, one of the highest-volume fuel stations in the Twin Cities. His leadership has contributed to consistent operational excellence, strong compliance standards, and sustained performance in a highly competitive segment.
In addition to his role in energy operations, Sri Chelikani Harsha serves as the Chief Executive Officer – Real Estate Division of Prathima Group. In this capacity, he spearheaded the development of Pristine Estates, a landmark high-end integrated villa gated community with an estimated project value of ₹1,000 Crores. Located at Gopanpally, the project spans 25 acres and comprises 105 luxury villas, reflecting a strong focus on premium design, quality execution, and community-centric planning.
Looking ahead, Sri Chelikani Harsha, along with Prathima Group, is set to launch two significant real estate developments: a mid-rise residential apartment project spread across 10 acres at Mamidpally Village, strategically located near the international airport; and a large-scale villa gated community on 35 acres at Tukkuguda, being developed as a joint venture with Salarpuria Sattva Group. Through these initiatives, he continues to demonstrate a clear vision for scalable growth, strategic partnerships, and long-term value creation across the real estate sector.
Sri Attaluri Sai Krishna
Attaluri Sai Krishna is the Managing partner of Sudeeksha estates LLP and Fortune Hospitality & infra LLP. Bringing together strong engineering fundamentals, global academic exposure, and over a decade of hands-on experience in large-scale real estate development across commercial and residential segments. His leadership approach blends technical rigor with long-term strategic thinking, enabling the delivery of institutionally planned, future-ready developments.
Sai Krishna completed his Mechanical Engineering with advanced management and executive programs at Harvard University. Driven by a strong commitment to sustainability and responsible urban growth, he further specialized in Sustainable Building Design at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, graduating with distinction. This global academic foundation informs his emphasis on environmentally responsible and future-oriented development practices.
Born into a family of first-generation entrepreneurs, Sai Krishna was exposed to real estate development from an early age. His father, a self-made developer active since the 1980s, is widely recognized in Hyderabad for pioneering premium residential communities, including the landmark Rolling Hills Villa Community. This early exposure to land acquisition, planning, execution, and community-building instilled in him a deep understanding of long-term value creation.
Sai Krishna formally began his professional career in 2008 with Ushasri Estate Developers Private Limited, collaborating closely with family and partners on multiple joint-venture developments. Collectively, these ventures encompass nearly 400 acres of development—predominantly across West Hyderabad—spanning plotted developments, residential communities, commercial projects, and strategically structured land parcels aligned with long-term urban growth.
Blending global best practices with deep local market insight, Sai Krishna continues to build upon his family legacy with a clear focus on sustainable, future-ready development. As Managing Partner of Sudeeksha Estates LLP, he leads strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and institutionally driven planning initiatives aligned with evolving infrastructure, urbanization, and long-term investment trends.
Smt. Chelikani Susmitha
Smt. Chelikani Susmitha is an emerging business leader with a strong academic foundation and active involvement in diversified business ventures. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management, where she developed a global perspective on management, strategy, and organizational leadership. During her academic tenure, she gained practical exposure through internships across management services, retail, and telecommunications sectors.
Following the completion of her education, Smt. Susmitha transitioned proactively into leadership and operational roles within group enterprises. She holds equity participation and managerial responsibilities in businesses associated with hospitality infrastructure and fuel retailing, where she contributes to planning, coordination, and execution of day-to-day and strategic business activities.
In addition to her partnership engagements, she serves as a Director at ASK Projects Private Limited, gaining valuable exposure to corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and structured project management. With a hands-on approach, strong managerial capability, and growth-oriented mindset, Smt. Susmitha represents the next generation of leadership, contributing meaningfully to the Group’s strategic expansion and operational excellence.
