The Signature Lagoon & Artificial Beach is envisioned as Hyderabad’s first large-scale inland waterfront leisure destination, introducing a completely new tourism typology within the city. Strategically located at Kothwalguda along the edge of Himayat Sagar, with seamless connectivity from the Outer Ring Road, the project brings a coastal-style experience to a landlocked urban environment.

Spread across approximately 30 acres, the development is designed as a premium experiential destination that integrates recreation, hospitality, and event infrastructure into a unified waterfront ecosystem.

Concept & Vision

Unlike conventional water parks, the project recreates the ambience of a natural beachfront destination through an engineered lagoon system and curated leisure environments. It is designed to bridge a clear gap in Hyderabad’s tourism landscape by offering a resort-style waterfront experience within city limits.
